Retail roots.
Fleet capability.

First Class Auto Inc. has been repairing vehicles in Dallas since 1996. The company is family owned and locally owned and operated, and it has performed both collision repair and fleet work since its early years.

Retail collision repair has been a core part of the business since 1996 — individual drivers, insurance claims, and the kind of work where the customer notices every panel gap. It remains the foundation of how vehicles are repaired here.

Over the years the company developed substantial commercial and government fleet capability alongside it: work trucks, vans, service bodies, municipal units and heavy-duty vehicles for organizations that measure a repair in operational days lost.

Most shops end up being one or the other. Running both is what built the facility size, the bay count and the mechanical depth — and it means an individual customer gets the benefit of equipment bought for commercial work.

How We Work

Four things
we hold to.

Repair it properly. Structural work done to the correct method, not the fastest one. If a repair isn’t appropriate, we say so.

Plan before disassembly. A documented repair plan up front is what keeps a vehicle from stalling halfway through the process.

Respect downtime. For a fleet it is operational cost; for an individual it is a car they need. Both get a realistic timeline and a call if it changes.

Stay in the relationship. Fleet work rewards continuity — the same facility, the same process, repeat after repeat.
