Fleet Repair Without the Runaround

Keep Your Fleet Moving.
We’ll Handle the Repair Process.

When a vehicle is down, the problem is bigger than the repair itself. Someone has to coordinate estimates, approvals, status updates, towing, supplements, parts, scheduling and getting the unit back into service.

First Class Auto gives fleet customers one experienced repair partner who can manage that process from arrival through completion.

Whether you operate a handful of work trucks or a large mixed fleet, our goal is simple: reduce the amount of time and attention your team has to spend chasing repairs.

Experience & Capacity

Decades of fleet work,
and the room to do it.

First Class Auto has decades of fleet repair experience, including work for municipal and public-service fleets such as the City of Dallas. That experience shaped the way we handle fleet work today: clear communication, documented repairs, capacity for multiple units and a single point of contact.

Dedicated Fleet Management

One person who
knows your account.

Fleet customers work with a dedicated fleet manager responsible for communication, estimates, repair status, approvals and return-to-service coordination.

It means you aren’t re-explaining your operation to whoever answers the phone. One person already knows who you are, how you approve repairs, who needs updates, how purchase orders are handled, where invoices go and how pickup, delivery or towing gets coordinated.

Fleet repair is a different problem from retail collision work. The vehicle usually has a job to do, and someone is accounting for its absence. We won’t quote a turnaround we can’t stand behind — what we will do is give you a realistic timeline and tell you promptly if it changes.

Operational Support

How the relationship
actually works.

The practical side of running repairs through an outside facility — capacity, logistics, visibility and paperwork.

Multiple-Unit Capacity

Room for up to 48 vehicles on site — capacity to manage multiple units without treating every repair like a separate relationship.

Pickup, Delivery & Towing

Pickup, delivery and towing coordination to reduce the time your staff spends moving disabled units.

Repair Visibility

Clear status updates and progress photos, so your team is not chasing the shop for answers.

Administrative Experience

Estimates, approvals, purchase orders, invoicing and authorization handled the way your organization already works.

Payment and account terms are agreed individually. Get in touch and we’ll walk through what your organization requires.

Complete Repair Coordination

One facility coordinating
the whole repair.

Damage to a working vehicle rarely stays within one trade. Rather than sending your unit between vendors, First Class Auto Inc. coordinates the full scope of the repair.

  • Collision repair
  • Structural repair
  • Mechanical repair
  • Heavy-duty repair
  • Refinishing
  • Glass
  • Electronics and ADAS coordination
  • Decals and fleet graphics
  • Welding
  • Fabrication
  • Related repair operations

Specialized operations are coordinated as part of the repair. Where a particular operation is better handled by a specialist resource, we arrange it and manage it within the job rather than handing the vehicle back to you.

Fleet Process

Assess to
return-to-service.

The same seven stages every time, so your team knows where a unit is without having to chase it. Approvals are handled early, because that is where fleet repairs most often stall.

01

Assess

Damage analysis on arrival, with the full extent documented before work is scoped.

02

Estimate

A written estimate covering the actual repair, not a placeholder figure.

03

Approve

Estimate, PO or authorization handled with whoever signs off on your side.

04

Repair

Structural, body, mechanical and fabrication work across the repair floor.

05

Refinish

Color matched and refinished, with fleet graphics and decals reapplied.

06

Verify

Systems checked, sensors addressed where needed, fit and finish reviewed.

07

Return to Service

Released back to your operation with the repair documented.

Beyond Passenger Vehicles

Fleet Capability That Extends
Beyond Cars and Pickups.

Our work is not limited to passenger vehicles. First Class Auto has experience repairing and refinishing commercial trucks, utility vehicles, forklifts and other equipment that conventional collision shops may not be set up to handle.

These came through the same bays and the same booths as everything else — stripped, repaired, primed and refinished before going back into service.
